"The reason that I am giving this five stars is for the agent that worked with me. Miss Amanda Porter I will say that she was the best on helping me find what I needed for coverage on my house and auto and my bike insurance and it wound up saving me a great deal from the insurance I had if State farm performs like their agent. Miss Amanda Porter then there will never be a bad review coming from me but since this has just happened recently hopefully I'll never need it their insurance or anybody else's but time went tell. But again, Amanda helped me on all three policies. It was great. There was nothing left hidden. She explained everything and I really appreciate that. In this day and time there were people do not put that much effort into their work it seems like."

"I worked with Christine Lentz to change my Homeowners & Auto Policies from an agent I'd been with for 21 years. We worked together to be sure I had sufficient coverage to both replace what I'd had and adjusted to what I actually needed. She was very helpful and patient - I left town in the middle of the process too. I've had friends who use this agency for many years and they were happy with the service. So I switched. "State Farm really disappointed me for the first time in six years. I put in a claim on November 15, 2023, because a deer ran into my car, which rendered my car inoperable. I had a $1000 car rental and due to how long Nalley's Collision taking their sweet time, three months, to repair my car, I had to be secluded because I couldn't get around to medical appointments due to not having my car."
